Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when Suplex Trailers ships your order. Because trailers are large items, most orders ship by freight. Please also read our Freight Shipping Policy.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. The shipping cost is already included in the product price, and no extra shipping charge is added at checkout.

Shipping Areas

We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and carrier details. The carrier will also contact you to schedule the delivery.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by contacting us at support@suplextrailers.com or +1 775-757-0451. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your trailer before signing for it. If there is visible damage, write it on the delivery receipt (bill of lading), take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order must be rerouted because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you before any additional carrier fees are charged.
