Ordering

How do I place an order?
Choose your trailer, select any options, and click “Add to Cart.” At checkout, enter your shipping details and pay with Afterpay. You will receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Contact us at support@suplextrailers.com or +1 775-757-0451 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. After shipment, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.

Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship free to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

How are large items delivered?
Trailers are delivered by a freight carrier to the curb or the end of your driveway. See our Freight Shipping Policy for details.

Will the carrier call before delivery?
Yes. The carrier will call or text you to schedule a delivery window. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. You can also contact our support team at any time for an update.

Products

Does the trailer arrive assembled?
Most trailers arrive fully assembled and ready to tow. Some models may need minor setup, such as bolting on a jack, spare tire mount, or fenders. Any setup needed is noted on the product page. See our Assembly & Installation Policy.

Does it include a battery?
Trailers with electric brakes that come with a breakaway kit include the breakaway battery when stated on the product page. Trailers without electric brakes do not need a battery.

Does it include a charger?
Breakaway batteries charge through your tow vehicle’s 7-way connector while towing. A separate wall charger is not included unless the product page lists one.

What is included?
Each product page lists exactly what comes with the trailer, such as lights, wiring, jack, ramp or gate, and tie-downs. Every trailer also ships with the ownership paperwork needed for registration.

Is a warranty included?
Yes. Every trailer includes a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty & Replacement for details.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect the trailer before the driver leaves, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Who pays return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we pay return shipping. For all other returns, the customer pays the return freight cost.
