Freight Shipping Policy

Trailers and other large items are shipped by freight carrier. This policy explains what to expect so your delivery goes smoothly. Freight shipping is free to the contiguous United States.

Delivery Scheduling

After your order ships, the freight carrier will call or text you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Please keep your phone available and make sure the phone number on your order is correct.

Type of Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside. The driver will deliver the trailer to the curb or the end of your driveway where the truck can safely reach. The driver does not move items into garages, backyards, or other locations.

Delivery Access

  • The delivery address must be accessible by a large truck.
  • Please let us know in advance about narrow roads, low branches, gated communities, steep driveways, or weight-restricted roads.
  • An adult (18 or older) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and are in transit for 3 to 5 business days. Most freight orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days, and remote areas may take up to 11 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing the same day.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the scheduled time, the carrier may need to reschedule. Carriers may charge a redelivery fee for missed appointments. We will always tell you about any such fee before rescheduling.

Inspecting Your Delivery

  1. Walk around the trailer before signing.
  2. Check the frame, fenders, lights, tires, and any doors or ramps.
  3. Write any damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading), even if it seems minor.
  4. Take clear photos of the damage and the delivery receipt.

You may refuse delivery if the trailer is severely damaged. Contact us right away and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
