Warranty & Replacement

Every trailer sold by Suplex Trailers includes a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty Duration

The warranty lasts 2 years (24 months) from the delivery date and applies to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

  • Frame and structural welds that crack or fail under normal use
  • Axles and suspension components with manufacturing defects
  • Factory wiring and lighting that fails due to a defect
  • Couplers, jacks, ramps, gates, and doors supplied with the trailer
  • Defects in factory paint or coating that cause peeling (not caused by damage)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, bulbs, and bearings that need regular service
  • Rust or corrosion caused by road salt, standing water, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage from overloading beyond the trailer’s rated capacity (GVWR)
  • Accidents, collisions, misuse, or improper towing
  • Modifications, repairs, or welding done by anyone not approved by us
  • Cosmetic scratches or dents that do not affect function
  • Damage to the tow vehicle, cargo, or other property

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@suplextrailers.com with your order number.
  2. Describe the problem and include clear photos or a short video.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part, or replace the trailer if a repair is not possible.

Replacement Parts

For covered defects, we ship replacement parts free of charge. If professional installation is required, we will work with you on the best way to get the repair done.

Damage in Transit

Damage that happens during shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy, not the warranty. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
