Billing Policy

This policy explains how payments and billing work at Suplex Trailers.

Accepted Payment Method

We accept payment through Afterpay. Afterpay lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Afterpay’s approval, payment schedule, and any late fees are set by Afterpay under their own terms. Learn more on our How to Use Afterpay at Checkout page.

Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is included in the product price. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

When You Are Charged

Your first Afterpay installment is collected when you place your order. The remaining installments are collected by Afterpay according to your payment schedule.

Order Verification

To protect our customers, some orders are reviewed before they ship. We may contact you to confirm your details. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are sent back through Afterpay, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
