Billing Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made on suplextrailers.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Billing Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Payment Authorization

By completing checkout with Afterpay, you authorize Afterpay to collect the order total according to your Afterpay payment agreement. Suplex Trailers does not store your card details.

2. Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information. Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Taxes

Sales tax is charged where required by law, based on the delivery address. The tax amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Price Changes

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email means we received your order. An order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, and any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

6. Afterpay Terms

Afterpay is a third-party service. Your installment plan, eligibility, and any late fees are governed by Afterpay’s own terms. Questions about your installment schedule should be directed to Afterpay.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy. Before filing a dispute with Afterpay, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue quickly.

8. Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment collected will be refunded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
